In a 16 year olds mind his thought process must have been kill or be killed thats the only way I can see a 16 year old in Seattle nevertheless to do a drive by shooting. I also think the area of Seattle is a major reason why the juvenile is being charged with murder, because Seattle isn't really an area you think that murderous people. So when they have a case in which someone is murdered they have to set an example by pushing the maximum in any criminal situation.

Have you been to Seattle, Jimmy. It's a big city, with all of the problems that plague big cities. There are homeless people, gangs, prostitution, crack houses...just like home sweet home.
